CMM Technician

General Overview:

Validate that components and product meet established standards and requirements. Perform basic measurements using measurement equipment. Job Preparation and Set-up. Read Blue Prints & understands GD&T symbols. Accurately recognize datum scheme & function. Understands CMM machine operation and can program. Formatting Layout Reports in MS Excel Preparation of data and reports. Perform basic analysis of specifications. Review products for physical and technical acceptance. Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards. Recommends improvements to the system. Software used – CMM Manager 3.3SP1 and Mcosmos 3.5


  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in PCDMIS or Calypso a plus.
  • 2+ years of CMM operation and programming experience required

Injection Molding Team Leader

TAC Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking to fill a Team Leader position in our Injection Molding department. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of Injection Molding experience, experience in and the ability to lead a group of Associates, be able to handle multiple complex priorities, and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate would also have a good working knowledge of kanban, TPS, kaizen procedures, and good computer skills.

This position will could be on either 2nd or 3rd shift. Candidate must be able to be flexible with hours, and may be required to change shifts with ample notice.

This is not an entry level position; this position requires the following experience:


  • At least 2 years Injection Molding/Production experience, in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • At least 1 year of supervising production operators in a high volume manufacturing environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and finding root causes of production/quality issues
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Outlook at an intermediate level

Effective 4/02/2018, starting wage is $10.50 per hour, which increases to $12.00 per hour after one year of service.

Quality Manager

Manage the Quality Control Department, delegating and overseeing major projects. Develop Associates and advise/coach on career development. Develop and improve upon projects & procedures for the department and for the company in order to keep TAC successfully moving forward. Attend meetings and present on status of the Quality department. Attend meetings and present on status of Quality.

General Overview:

Attend meetings and present on status of Quality
Gather and summarize information from engineers to give status reports
Communicate projects, proposals & issues; follow up on communications
Continue to develop and maintain relationships with current customers
Smooth relations when issues arise and when management is necessary
Associate Relations (advise, mentor, problem solve, and evaluate performance):
Explain and determine expectations of their position
Develop Associate goals and perform follow-ups
Delegate appropriate projects to the level and abilities of each Associate
Evaluate performance, administer performance appraisals
Review Reporting:
Review for content, structure, detail and editing
Assist in data gathering, reporting, and summary


  • 12+ Years Quality Management Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Provide training in Quality principles and the application of Quality tools.
  • Experience in a Tier 1 supplier environment highly preferred.
