Human Resource Generalist

Candidate will provide basic support in functional areas of human resources. Main responsibility will focus on the development and presentation of all levels of training. Delivering trainings on TAC policies and procedures. Development of newly promoted management representatives through training. Deliver new hire orientation. Flexible work schedule; able to support all three shifts with little notice. Development of training materials. Other HR duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in HR preferred, or High School Diploma with 2+ years’ experience
  • • Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
  • • Must have an enthusiasm for training and development of others
  • • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • • Experience in presenting trainings for all levels of employees – small and large groups

Quality Engineer

General Overview:

Interact with internal and external Customers, Engineers, and Suppliers to investigate and analyze complex quality issues, verify countermeasures, and follow up on issue resolution process within a timely manner. Apply solid knowledge of problems solving techniques and root cause analysis to resolve moderately complex issues. Familiar with a variety of problem solving/quality tools, and act as point of contact for all Customers. Develop, maintain and improve processes and systems to ensure compliance with customer and internal quality standards and expectations, and identify and assist in the resolution of systematic and incidental quality problems. Plan and implement systems and processes to ensure maintenance of quality standards in the initiation of new products, collaborating with suppliers and customers throughout all stages of new product launch. Collaborate with suppliers and/or customers to develop, implement and improve quality standards and practices. Collaborate with suppliers and/or customers to establish concerted and systematic understanding of quality standards and expectations for materials, components and goods produced. Interact with internal and external Customers, Engineers, and Suppliers to investigate and analyze complex quality issues, verify countermeasures, and follow up on issue resolution process within a timely manner. Apply solid knowledge of problems solving techniques and root cause analysis to resolve moderately complex issues. Provide training in quality principles and the application of quality tools. Collaborate with production team leaders and Associates, technicians and other engineers to develop and implement modifications to work areas, processes, component and product specifications, materials specifications, and testing and inspection procedures which improve compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

  • BS in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering, with 2+ years Quality Engineering experience.
  • Familiarity with TPS, JIT, PPAP, APQP, and lean manufacturing.
  • Automotive experience required.
  • Experience with new product launch process preferred.
